These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aimlab website ("Service"). By visiting the site or downloading anything we host, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Aimlab is a free directory of aimbots, trainers, and aim-assist tools for personal, single-player, or local-network use. We don't charge for downloads, run no paid tier, and do not sell licenses. Files are provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, with no service-level guarantee.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Resell, sublicense, or charge for any file downloaded from Aimlab.
- Repackage our downloads with malware, adware, or other unwanted software.
- Use the Service to gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts, devices, or data.
- Scrape, mirror, or crawl the site beyond what's permitted by our robots.txt.
- Use the Service in any way that violates the laws of your country or region.
4. Game Publishers and Anti-Cheat
Aimlab is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or platform. Use of aimbots, triggerbots, ESP, or similar tools may violate the terms of service of the game itself and may result in account suspension, ban, or hardware identification by anti-cheat systems including BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat, Vanguard, FACEIT, ESEA, and others. You use these tools entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend using them only in offline, single-player, or private-server environments where they cannot affect other players.
5. Intellectual Property
The Aimlab name, logo, layout, and original written content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy our branding or pass off our site as your own. Game names, screenshots, and trademarks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for nominative reference.
6. Third-Party Tools
Some downloads are produced by third-party developers and reuploaded by us with credit. Where possible we link back to the original source. Those tools remain the property of their authors and are governed by any license they ship with. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the behavior of third-party software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service and all downloads are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that any download will achieve a particular result in any game.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimlab, its operators, and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost data, lost game progress, account bans, hardware bans, or device damage — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability, if any is found, will not exceed the amount you have paid us, which for a free service is zero.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aimlab harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms. The provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination.
