This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Aimlab ("we", "us") governing your use of any software, aimbot, triggerbot, ESP overlay, script, or related file ("Software") downloaded from the Aimlab website. By downloading, installing, or using the Software you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not download or run the Software.
1. License Grant
Aimlab grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the Software on devices that you own or control, strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use. You receive no rights other than those expressly granted here.
2. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Software.
- Bundle the Software into installers that include adware, malware, or any unrelated software.
- Modify the Software in a way that disables or removes update mechanisms, attribution, or safety checks, then redistribute it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the Software to harm, defraud, or interfere with other users — for example, in ranked online matches against unwilling opponents.
- Use the Software in any manner that violates the laws of your country or region.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Aimlab and its third-party contributors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Game names, characters, and trademarks referenced by the Software are the property of their respective owners.
4. Risk Acknowledgement
You understand and agree that:
- Using the Software in online games may violate the game's terms of service.
- Anti-cheat systems including BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat, Vanguard, FACEIT, ESEA, and others may detect, suspend, ban, or otherwise sanction the account, device, or hardware ID associated with the Software.
- You may lose access to game content, online progress, ranked placements, or in-game purchases as a result.
- The Software is intended for offline, single-player, or private-server use. Using it in public competitive matches is at your own risk.
You assume all risk associated with running the Software.
5. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aimlab specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Software will function with any particular game version, hardware configuration, or operating system update.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Aimlab, its operators, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to data loss, account bans, hardware bans, system instability, or game saves — arising from your use of the Software. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software, which is zero.
7. Updates
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at any time. Updates may add, change, or remove features without notice. Older versions may stop functioning after a game update — we make no commitment to keep older builds working.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective from the moment you download the Software and remains in force until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Sections 3 through 6 survive termination.
9. Third-Party Components
Some Software may include components developed by third parties. Those components are licensed under their own terms, which override this EULA in the event of a conflict. Where a third-party license requires it, attribution is provided in the Software's accompanying files.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Aimlab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
12. Contact
Questions about this EULA can be directed to us through the Contact page.
