A lot of common issues are already covered:
- If your antivirus flags a download, that is almost always a false positive caused by the way aimbots read game memory. Add an exclusion or check the file hash on the download page.
- If a build is broken right after a game update, give us 24–48 hours — patches usually go out fast.
- If your account got banned, we cannot recover it. Anti-cheat decisions are made by the publisher, not by us.
Response Times
We reply to most messages within 48 hours. Support sits in the same inbox as everything else, so a clear subject line and a short description of what's broken is the fastest way to get a useful reply.
Where We Don't Operate
We don't run a Discord server, a phone line, a postal address, or a paid support tier. Anyone claiming to offer "official Aimlab support" off-platform — including Discord servers using our name — is not us.
