Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aimlab ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or download files we host. By using the site you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. The categories that may be processed when you interact with the site:

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is logged automatically by our hosting provider and CDN.
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics events such as page views, click events on download buttons, scroll depth, and approximate region. We do not collect names, emails, or other directly identifying information unless you give it to us through the contact form.
  • Voluntary data — anything you send us by email or through the contact channels (your message, the email address you write from).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

We do not collect or store gameplay data, account credentials, or any information from inside the games you use our tools with.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data above to:

  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • Diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
  • Understand which pages and downloads are popular so we can prioritize updates.
  • Respond to messages you send us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Legal Basis (EU/UK Visitors)

If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, our legal basis for processing is one of: your consent (for non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in operating a secure, useful website, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of third-party providers. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function:

  • Hosting and CDN — to deliver the site to your browser.
  • Analytics — to count anonymous visits and identify popular pages.
  • File storage — to host the downloads themselves.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process data outside your country. We pick providers that publish standard contractual safeguards.

5. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies. Most are strictly necessary (used for load balancing or security). A small number support anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies at any time using your browser settings — the site will continue to function.

6. Data Retention

Server logs are typically retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained longer for trend analysis. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to processing, or to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information on the Contact page. Because we collect very little personal data, in most cases there will be no record specifically about you.

8. Children

The website is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS site-wide, regularly patch our infrastructure, and limit access to logs. No internet transmission is ever fully secure, but we make reasonable efforts to protect the data we hold.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period before taking effect.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about this policy can be sent through the Contact page.
